First Day of School

Yesterday was the first day of school. Marissa and Dallen let me take a quick photo before they headed off for their first day.

Nicole is finally a Senior. She is glad it is her last year in High school. She has been ready for college sense grade school. It will be strange to see her graduate this year.

Courtney is a Sophomore she had her first day of High School. She is having a hard time getting her locker opened and has not been able to do it yet. Lucky for her someone always helps her. She was very scared about finding her classes even though she went to orientation and practiced. She was still half an hour late for her first class due to locker mishaps and going in the wrong door. She still came home happy.

Dallen is motivated. I hope it lasts he came right home and did all his homework. I think he likes his teacher and wants to make a big impression.

Marissa came home with only one complaint. "It was long"

Derek has another week until school starts for kindergarten. We kept him busy. My sister is here and we spent the day at This is the Place State Park. We ended up going on a great day it was WILD WEST WEDNESDAY which made the entrance price $2 each. Next week is the last Wednesday for the discount. Despite all the fun we had with cousins when I asked him what was his favorite part of the day. He said "Having the Wii to myself"
