Derek's present

WE took Derek to Build a bear to get his berry best friend for his second birthday. He picked a teddy bear.

We was a little shy about stepping on the button to fill the bear. After we got him going he loved it and did not want to stop. I think he just got a little camera shy.

They sewed up the bear. Derek picked out a spider man t-shirt for it and named it go go. It now spends the nights in either Dereks or Dallens bed. It is always fun to spend some time a build a bear. Thanks Grandma for the fun trip.

dance festival

Courtney's class danced to We go together from Grease. Courtney's teacher teased that Courtney went though a whole bottle of hand sanitiser learning the dance.(Courtney was not fond of her dance partner)

Last Friday was the dance festival can you guess the song the 1st granders danced to? It was the monkeys theme song it was so cute. All the 1st graders wore these monkey hats and went out to the field and danced. I guess you had to be there.

Scrapbook mugs

I am going to a weekend Charity crop next weekend and I wanted to make something for my scraping friends. I have been thinking about it for months. I saw some water bottles that you could alter with photos and things but for $4 each that would get pricey. Last week Courtney and I were at the $ store and we found some mugs that you could do the same thing with at for a $ what a deal. I scrapped mine up but I thought I would only put a piece of paper in my Friends and let them fix them the way that they want. Here is a photo of mine I have been using it all week and I love it, so does Derek.

Courtney's wild party

THe girls had a great time at the party We set them free with Marshmellow guns and they ran with it at attacked each other.

My favorites to watch were Dallen and his friends they were not invited to the party but they sure thought they were part of it. We had enough guns for Dallen and one friend so Marissa and Jared did not have a gun. We had some extra pipe but not fittings so Marissa and Jared only had blow pipes but they loved it.

Dream memories

We had a great trip to Disney we were there during the year of a million dreams. Disney Land has a special dream squad that is giving out prizes this year. We ran into them twice and got dream fast passes(fast pass for every ride in Disney and Ca). You can see the fast pass on our necks in the bug photo. WE won our first prize on the first day on our third ride we were entering the haunted mansion and when they closed the door they said congratulations you are all winners in Disney's year of a million dreams giveaway. The second day we found the prize team on a bridge the kids are still laughing at the memory of me running to get the prize.

Dallen Battles the Dark side

One of the highlights of our trip to Disneyland was Dallen getting chosen for Jedi Training. It took us 4 trips to the show before they picked him. He really enjoyed it. They learned from a Jedi Master how to handle a light saber then Darth Vader came out and they each got to battle him and show what they learned.

princess party

Thing 4 had a great Birthday Party she loved having her cousins come to the party. All the princess Dressed up and had a great time. Even baby Sadie dressed up. Derek was our frog prince.
